Over the past 13 years, Andrew has participated in planning, design, and forecasting activities; Instrument Flight Procedure design; airport master plans and commercial plans; apron and gate designs, obstacles assessments, and specialized studies at numerous airports throughout Canada including Toronto Pearson, Vancouver, Montreal Trudeau, Halifax Stanfield, and Iqaluit. Andrew is a Commerce graduate of the University of Guelph, Aviation Management graduate of Georgian College, and graduate of the Pennsylvania State University post baccalaureate certificate program in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Kati studied aerospace engineering at Technical University Berlin and finished her diploma degree in 2011. As student she already started to work for an aviation consulting company called GfL mbH (Gesellschaft für Luftverkehrsforschung). There she had numerous projects considering Obstacle Limitation Surfaces for German aerodromes. After the end of her studies she started working as research associate at the Technische Universität Dresden additionally to the job at the GfL mbH. At TU Dresden she is involved in research projects considering safety aspects within TMA, navigation accuracy and redesign of obstacle limitation surfaces. Next to research she is teaching students in lectures like air traffic control, navigation and cockpit technologies.
